These words were spoken about my husband, Jonathan Pollard, by a judge in the US Appeals Court for the District of Columbia.
Jonathan is in his 20th year of an unprecedented life sentence for his activities on behalf of Israel. On March 15, 2005, Jonathan's pro bono attorneys, Eliot Lauer and Jacques Semmelman, appeared before a panel of three judges in the US Appeals Court. Despite outward appearances, Jonathan's case was never heard.
One of the judges, Judge Karen Henderson, asked no questions and made no comments of any kind. Another judge, Judge Judith Rogers, briefly engaged counsel for both sides. The third judge, Judge David Sentelle dominated the hearing. He was openly hostile, mocking and scornful."

In 1917-1918 all men born between September 12, 1872 and September 12, 1900 were required to register for the World War I draft. Not all men who registered for the draft actually served in the military and not all men who served in the military registered for the draft.
The draft registration card contains the person's name, birth date, place of birth, present address, occupation, place of employment, physical description, signature, nearest relative, and nearest relative's address. There were a few different draft registration cards and not all of them had all of the information just listed.
What follows is a list of Centralia, PA residents that registered for the 1917-1918 WWI Draft. Not all the information on the draft registration form is listed here. To look at all the information you will need to view the WWI draft records microfilm tape. There are two tapes for Columbia County. Columbia County had two draft boards. Centralia is covered by draft board 1 and is on the first of the two Columbia County tapes, just after Clinton County. Once you get to that portion of the tape that contains Columbia County draft board 1 the registration records will be sequenced by Last Name. First, don't confuse my words with the words of Fritz Springmeier. I'll discuss my statements, but I'm not going to speak for others. The comments that Fritz was making about mono atomic gold and the spin velocity of electrons were a reflection of what DAVID HUDSON, the man who patented the process for extracting mono atomic gold, had to say (to Fritz) about the spin velocity, not what Fritz Springmeier thought. Like all hip shooters, you read fast and come to fast conclusions, but you don't necessarily arrive at accurate assessments.

Donna was a Flower of Life facilitator for many years. She fully understood the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation and was one of our best teachers.
However, Donna wanted to become an independent facilitator separate from the Flower of Life organization for her own motivations. Donna did not want to abide by the contracts. In trying to solve this dilemma, I allowed a few facilitators who no longer wanted to abide by the contracts and regulations to operate as independents about a year ago. However, when this special permission was granted, Donna, and everyone involved in this special permission, was informed that they could teach anywhere in the world except for Latin America, as that was a place where the long version tapes were still being used. Purpose A bill of rights for the United States
The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. They were introduced as a series of amendments in 1789 in the First United States Congress by James Madison. Ten of the amendments were ratified and became the Bill of Rights in 1791. These amendments limit the powers of the federal government, protecting the rights of all citizens, residents and visitors on United States territory. Among the enumerated rights these amendments guarantee are: the freedoms of speech, press, and religion; the right to keep and bear arms; the freedom of assembly; the freedom to petition; and the rights to be free of unreasonable search and seizure; cruel and unusual punishment; and compelled self-incrimination. The Bill of Rights also restricts Congress' power by prohibiting it from making any law respecting"
